How do I log into my dashboard?+
Your dashboard login was sent in your welcome email from TWD. If you can't find it, email support@tradeswebsitedesign.co.uk and we'll reset your access within the hour.
Why aren't SMS confirmations sending?+
First check your phone number is saved correctly in Settings. If it looks right, submit a support request above and we'll investigate the SMS route directly.
Can I update my website content myself?+
Yes — minor text changes, photos and contact details can be updated via your dashboard. For structural changes or new pages, just email us and we'll handle it same day.
How do I change my available hours?+
Log into your dashboard → Settings → Availability. You can set working hours, block days off and add recurring unavailability in under 2 minutes.
My website is down — what do I do?+
Submit a support request marked Urgent and we'll be on it immediately — even outside business hours. Site-down issues are our highest priority. Email support@tradeswebsitedesign.co.uk directly for fastest response.
